"החלום ושברו", התחנה המרכזית החדשה, דרום ת"א

 מקבלת ההחלטה להקמת התחנה ועד היום, מסבים הבניין ושימושיו נזק הרסני לסביבתו. נכון להיום, צפוי הבניין להיהרס, ובמקומו תוקם שכונת מגדלים.

התחנה טומנת בחובה איכויות מבניות ושימושיות חד-פעמיות. בהיעדר תחבורה-ציבורית ובעזרת מעט התערבות ורצון טוב, אני מאמין כי ניתן להפוך את המקום ללב הפועם והמלכד של דרום ת"א, מרכז רב-שימושי אלטרנטיבי שיטיב עם חיי המקומיים, יהווה אבן-שואבת עבור תיירים, ויסייע בקליטה ושיקום של אוכלוסיות מתחלפות.

“A Breakthrough”, The New Central Bus Station, South Tel-Aviv

Since the decision to build the station and until today, the building and its uses causes a destructive damage to its surroundings.
 As of today, the building is expected to be demolished, and a towers neighborhood will be built instead.

The station consists of many unique structural and practical qualities that cannot be found elsewhere in Israel. By taking the public transportation out of the building and with a little intervention and goodwill, I believe that it is possible to turn the place into the heart and soul of South Tel Aviv, an alternative multiuse center that can benefit the local life, serve as a magnet for tourism and help with the integration and rehabilitation of changing populations.
